Don’t be afraid of this one. It was not designed to scorch the inside of your mouth or whatever else it might come in contact with. In other words, it has a bite but will not draw blood. Heating anything up is easy, but our aim was to create a different flavor. We feel we have accomplished this by adding a certain variety of pepper that is only grown in Brazil. It is known as “pimenta de bode” AKA “goat pepper”. It is great in “Buffalo Wing” sauce and works surprisingly well on salmon.
