Rio Seasoning mouthwatering Burger

Grilled  Cheeseburger    

Ingredients

1 ½ pounds ground beef (makes four burgers)

1 ½ tablespoon Rio seasoning

4 slices cheese

4 hamburger buns, split, toasted, if desired

Instructions

Combine the ground beef with the Rio seasoning; shape the mixture into 4 patties and reserve.

Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat; wipe down the grill slats with olive oil or cooking spray to prevent sticking. Place the patties on the hot grill and cook for about 5 minutes, flip and cook for about another 5 minutes. You may insert a meat thermometer into the middle of one of the burgers and make sure the temperature is 160 F. When the patties are ready, place a slice of cheese on top of each one, remove them from the skillet and place each patty on top of a hamburger bun and serve.

Easy Hamburger

Ingredients

4 frozen hamburger patties

4slices cheese

4 hamburger buns, split and toasted, if desired

Instructions

Preheat a no sticking skillet for a few minutes over medium heat on a stove top burner

Place the frozen beef patties in an even layer in the skillet and sprinkle Rio seasoning of your desired amount. (Rio Hot or Regular)

Cook the frozen beef patties for about 5 minutes, or until they are completely brown on one side.

Using a spatula, flip the patties to the other side, sprinkle more Rio seasoning and cook the parties for another 5 minutes or until the opposite side is brown.

You may insert a meat thermometer into the middle of one of the burgers and make sure the temperature is 160 F. When the patties are ready, place a slice of cheese on top of each one, remove them from the skillet and place each patty on top of a hamburger bun and serve.
