Grilled Salmon Fillet Recipe

 In Main Dishes, Recipes

  • 1 whole salmon fillet
  • Rio Hot Seasoning to taste
  • 2 ½ tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tbs n butter (optional)
  • Aluminum foil

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Make a pan out of aluminum foil, place salmon skin down, brushing both sides with olive oil
  2. Sprinkle Rio Hot Seasoning on both sides of the fillet and cook till it starts to get brown and flakes with a fork, be careful not to overcook it
  3. If fillet is thicker than 1 inch, flip it carefully with a large spatula after 5 minutes on the grill, and then check it for desired doneness
  4. It’s an option to season with Rio Hot after the fillet is done, just bring it out of the grill, flake it with a fork, brush with butter, sprinkle Rio Hot and serve it.

Although our recipe suggest cooking the salmon on aluminum foil, some people choose to cook the salmon directly on the grill.
